Host a Visiting School Group
GSE facilitates cultural exchange visits between primary, junior, secondary schools and colleges worldwide. These programmes create a real buzz across the school community: students gain insight into different cultures and lifestyles, practise language and communication skills, develop teamwork, and experience what it means to be a welcoming host.

Dedicated On-Site Support
A dedicated bilingual GSE In-School Coordinator is on site throughout the visit to support the group and ensure the programme runs smoothly.
Your Role
Expectations of the Hosting School
To ensure a smooth and enriching exchange experience, we ask each hosting school to take on the following responsibilities
Appoint a GSE School Lead
Designate a main point of contact who will be responsible for programme preparation and ongoing liaison throughout the exchange.
Attend Pre-Programme Training
Participate in a comprehensive briefing session with a GSE Programme Manager to ensure full preparation and understanding of expectations.
Before They Arrive
Pre-Arrival Support
Before the group arrives, GSE meets with you and key staff to ensure full preparation

Complete student profiles, programme schedules, and practical resources
Cultural Guidance
Insights on cultural differences, etiquette, and expectations
